By accessing or using the Calfrun Studios website, platform, NFT marketplace (Ainimal), education portal, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, token holders, NFT participants, and community members.

2. Eligibility

General Users: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, connect a wallet, or participate in any token or NFT-related activity on our Platform.

 

Minors: Users between the ages of 5 and 17 may access child-facing features (such as the Ainimal NFT Marketplace and education portal) only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these Terms on their behalf.

 

Children Under 5: Content is designed to be viewed by young children only with a parent or guardian present. No independent account creation is permitted for children under 13.

 

By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements or that you are a parent/guardian accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor.

3. Description of Services

Calfrun Studios provides:

  • Children's Media Content: Cartoons, books, eBooks, coloring books, and multimedia storytelling
  • Alpha Learning Modules: Educational content covering literacy, numeracy, coding, and robotics for ages 0–10
  • Ainimal NFT Marketplace: A parent-supervised NFT platform powered by $CAR tokens on BNB Chain
  • Calfrun Online Education Portal: A dedicated learning hub for families
  • $CAR Token Ecosystem: A deflationary reflection token launching on BNB Chain in 2027
  • Ark Blockchain (Future): A Proof-of-Stake education savings blockchain, launching upon $CAR reaching a $10 million market cap
  • Community Contests and Engagement: Creative submission contests and community-driven content

All services are subject to change, update, or discontinuation at the sole discretion of Calfrun Studios.

4. The $CAR Token — Important Disclosures

By engaging with the $CAR token or any related tokenomics information on this Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • $CAR is a utility token, not a security, investment product, or financial instrument
  • Token launch is projected for 2027 and is subject to change without notice
  • Purchasing $CAR involves significant financial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment
  • The 7% fee structure (4% buy / 3% sell) means every round-trip transaction costs approximately 7% — you should factor this into any decisions
  • Reflections, staking APR, and projected returns are not guaranteed and depend entirely on trading volume and market conditions
  • Calfrun Studios does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice of any kind
  • You are solely responsible for conducting your own research (DYOR) before making any decisions related to $CAR

5. Ark Blockchain — Disclaimer

The Ark Blockchain is a future development and is not currently available. The following conditions apply:

  • Ark will not launch until the $CAR token reaches a $10 million market cap
  • The targeted ~7% compound APY is a projection, not a guarantee
  • Education wallet lock periods and smart contract terms are subject to change during development
  • Calfrun Studios makes no guarantees regarding launch timelines, returns, or blockchain performance

6. NFT Marketplace — Ainimal Terms

By participating in the Ainimal NFT Marketplace, you agree that:

  • A parent or legal guardian must connect a wallet holding at least $50 worth of $CAR to access the marketplace
  • Children have zero direct wallet control — all transactions require parent/guardian authorization
  • NFTs minted on the platform are stored on the BNB Chain blockchain and are subject to its immutable and decentralized nature
  • Calfrun Studios does not guarantee the future value of any NFT
  • All NFT activity is final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
  • You will not use the marketplace for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
  • Calfrun Studios reserves the right to remove any NFT or suspend any user found in violation of these Terms

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Calfrun Studios Platform — including but not limited to the Calfrun character, Mo, Mooch, Mocha, storylines, artwork, logos, the Ainimal brand, the Ark Blockchain concept, educational content, cartoons, books, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Calfrun Studios and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

 

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission
  • Use Calfrun Studios branding or characters for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works based on our intellectual property without authorization
  • Claim ownership of any content created by or for Calfrun Studios

Community contest submissions (memes, characters, ideas) grant Calfrun Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and incorporate submitted content into the official project vision and roadmap. Contributors will be credited where applicable.

8. User Conduct

By using our Platform, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior related to $CAR or NFTs
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our Platform
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
  • Post or transmit content that is hateful, obscene, defamatory, or harmful to minors
  • Use our Platform to promote competing projects without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent wallet verification or parental supervision requirements
  • Engage in wash trading, artificial volume manipulation, or pump-and-dump schemes

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the Platform and community, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

9. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications including Uniswap, YouTube, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, BNB Chain, and others. These links are provided for convenience only.

 

Calfrun Studios has no control over third-party content or practices and accepts no responsibility for:

  • The accuracy or reliability of third-party content
  • Privacy practices of third-party platforms
  • Losses arising from the use of third-party services

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Calfrun Studios provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform
  • We are not liable for any loss of tokens, NFTs, or funds resulting from blockchain errors, wallet issues, market volatility, or smart contract bugs
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
  • Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to Calfrun Studios in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • arental Rights — Parents may request to review, correct, or delete their child's information at any time

Cryptocurrency and NFT markets are highly volatile. You accept all financial risk associated with participating in the $CAR ecosystem.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calfrun Studios, its founders, team members, developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit to the Platform or community

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Calfrun Studios.

13. Modifications to Terms

Calfrun Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

Calfrun Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

 

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law — shall survive.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calfrun Studios regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
